Present perfect continuous tense
Introduction
Present perfect continuous tense is a very important tense. It is mostly fused tense in writing and speaking. It is used for continued or ongoing action that started in the past and continues in present. The action is completed by steps and continues overall, for example, I have been reading in this school. It means that during my stay in school I Have completed some works step by step but overall I continue my study.Used
- Express the action that started in the past and continues until now.
- There will be a time reference in the present perfect tense.
- Express an action that started at a specific time in the past.
Rules
In the present perfect tense helping verb Have and Been is used. The first form of verb + ing is used as the main verb. In the present perfect tense, in order to express time For and Since are used. If time reference is exactly known such as 1990, moring, evening, then in order to express time "Since" is used. If the time reference is not exactly used such as 5 years, ten days, five seconds, then For is used in order to express the time.Structure of Sentence
Positive sentence
Positive sentences start with “Subject” then the helping verb “Have been” or “Has been “is used. Present participle or first form of verb + ing is used as a main verb. The object is used at the end of the sentence.Structure

Negative Sentences
The negative sentences start with the subject, Not is used between two helping verbs” have” and” been” so it becomes” Have not been” or “Has not been”. If the subject is He, She, It, or the singular noun” Has not been” is used, If the subject is You, I, they or plural noun helping verb” Have not been” used. The object is used at the end of the sentence.Structure

Interrogative sentences start with the helping verb “Have” or “Has”, helping verb “Been” is used after the subject. The present participle or 1st form of a verb is used as a main verb, and then the object is used. After using the object “Since” or” For” is used according to the time.Structure
